PlayerScore at the Handball-WC 2021 – Main Round

The PlayerScore, a way to objectively rate players, will be applied to the 2021 World Cup matches by co-developer Oliver Brosig.

In the lower part you will find the PlayerScores for all players in all matches of the main round. The MVP variant of the PlayerScore is used, with the seven-metre penalty included in the calculation.
In addition to the absolute PlayerScore value, the PlayerScore per minute played was added in brackets.

First, however, I will take a look at the best players so far. When looking at the positions, the position variant (without seven-meter throws) is used, for the Top 5 for the MVP accordingly the MVP variant.

In the left graph you will always find the total PlayScore in the games so far. In the right graph, on the other hand, the PlayerScore per minutes played.
In order to be ranked, a player must have played at least two games and 15 minutes.
